Parser now reads 'expr, \`expr, ,expr, ,@expr as the four standard shorthands. Quote uses existing $quote operative; quasiquote / unquote / unquote-splicing recognised but not yet expanded at runtime (left for first consumer to drive). 218 tests total across six suites.
