Parser: if-then consumes 'then' keyword before parsing then-body.
Compiler: return→raise, def→guard, repeat while/until dispatch.
Runtime: hs-repeat-while, hs-repeat-until.
Test gen: script block extraction for def functions.
repeat suite: 10→13/30.
