Fix platform JS: load .sxbc text format, not .sxbc.json

The bytecode compiler generates .sxbc (SX text format), not .sxbc.json.
Updated loadBytecodeFile to fetch .sxbc and use load-sxbc for parsing.
Eliminates 404s for non-existent .sxbc.json files.
