Details

Remove glue submodule: models moved to shared/

The glue layer's models (MenuNode, ContainerRelation), services
(navigation, relationships), and event handlers have been absorbed
into shared/. The glue submodule caused duplicate SQLAlchemy table
registration for 'menu_nodes'.
