Recipe Schema

A recipe is a DAG with:

• name: Unique recipe identifier
• inputs: Assets referenced by content_hash
• nodes: DAG nodes using primitives (SOURCE, TRANSFORM, etc.) and effects
• output: Expected output hash (for verification)
