ical.sx serializes events to VEVENT/VCALENDAR text for import by standard clients: UTC basic-format stamps, DURATION (PT#H#M), full RRULE (FREQ/INTERVAL/COUNT/UNTIL/BYDAY incl. monthly ordinals 2TU/-1FR/BYMONTHDAY) plus EXDATE/RDATE.
