nav-etc.sx had its own plans-nav-items (35 entries) that loaded after nav-data.sx (36 entries) and silently overwrote it, hiding sx-host. All nav items are now solely defined in nav-data.sx. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
