29-op precedence table via pratt-op-lookup (incl. keyword-spelled mod/land/
lor/lxor/lsl/lsr/asr), tuples, parens, if/then/else, fun, let, let rec
with function shorthand. AST follows Haskell-on-SX (:int / :op / :fun / etc).
