giles 50b69bcbd0 tcl: fix Phase 7d oo tests using ::name-with-hyphens ...

Tcl tokenizer treats $::g-name as $::g + literal -name, so the var
lookup fails. Renamed test vars to ::gname / ::nval (no hyphens).
