Higher-order traversal family in lib/erlang/lists-ext.sx, registered
pure via the er-register-builtin-bifs! wrapper. foldr right-folds;
partition returns {Yes,No} order-preserved; splitwith = {takewhile,
dropwhile}. lists_ext suite 38 -> 52.
