Test, Build, and Deploy / test-build-deploy (push) Failing after 24s
collatz, palindrome, maybe, fizzbuzz, anagram, roman, binary, either,
primes, zipwith, matrix, wordcount, powers — all 18/18 programs green.
conformance.sh PROGRAMS array updated; scoreboard.md regenerated.
