VM global_env sync + isomorphic nav store primitives

Reverse hook syncs VM GLOBAL_SET mutations back to global_env so CEK reads
see JIT-written values. Isomorphic nav: store primitives, event-bridge,
client? predicate. Browser JS and bytecode rebuilt.
