Retranspile + fix browser JIT hook: zero-patch verified

bootstrap.py produces correct output with no post-processing.
Browser sx_browser.ml updated to use Sx_runtime._jit_try_call_fn.
2566/2568 tests pass (2 pre-existing scope).
