feat: initialize market app with browsing, product, and scraping code

Split from coop monolith. Includes:
- Market/browse/product blueprints
- Product sync API
- Suma scraping pipeline
- Templates for market, browse, and product views
- Dockerfile and CI workflow for independent deployment
