- Add ascii_dual_blend.sexp: blends two ASCII-processed videos synced to audio
- Fix blend.sexp: add require-primitives, fix params syntax
- Fix layer.sexp: add require-primitives
- Use consistent (effect blend ...) syntax instead of special form
