feat: initial recipes repo with identity-cat
- Recipe schema using artdag primitives (SOURCE, EFFECT)
- identity-cat: applies identity effect to cat image
- Test verifying identity property: output_hash == input_hash
- Demonstrates content-addressed DAG execution
