Infura, Filebase, Storj, local storage providers)
- Add storage management endpoints: GET/POST/PATCH/DELETE /storage
- Add provider-specific pages at /storage/type/{provider_type}
- Include connection testing via POST /storage/{id}/test
- Add HTML UI pages with dark theme matching L2
